Hello everyone, nice to have you back! We are making today a delicious dessert with apple sauce, oatmeal crunchies and silken tofu. Let’s go! For two persons you need: 50g oats 1 tbsp molasses 1 diced apple 20g raisins 1 dash of cinnamon some water 200g silken tofu and the juice and grated peel of 1/2 lemon At first we mix the oats and molasses until it’s blended evenly. Then we spread it on a lined baking tray and put it in the preheated oven at 200°C for 10 minutes. That’s what they look like… nice and brown and caramalized. When they cooled down, they are crunchy. For the apple sauce we mix the apples, cinnamon, raisins and the water. We put it in a pan and cook it for 5 minutes on medium heat until the liquid evaporated. That’s what it looks like. For the cream we mix silken tofu, lemon juice and peel and blend it. Now we prepare the trifle: one layer apple sauce, then the crunchies, and on top the silken tofu cream. This we’ll do twice for both glasses. Then we put the glasses for 30-60 min in the refrigerator. The silken tofu cream will tighten like sour cream. And it will loose the soy flavour, that you could taste before. Don’t be afraid when you try it before it’s done. A great dish! Light, low fat… and can be eaten for breakfast, too! 😉 If you liked the recipe, give me a thump up! Look around at my channel, maybe you find some other recipes. Maybe you’ll find something you’ll like. We’ll see us again next week for the next video! Until then….
