‘Chocolate cake’ that too eggless? Yes..we can make it. It will taste similar to the non-veg cake. Then, let’s start making
everyones favorite chocolate cake. Take 3-4 cups water in a bowl. Add 3/4 cup white vinegar. Add 1/4 cup oil. Add 1 tbsp vanilla essence. Mix it well using a spoon. Keep this bowl aside and take another bowl. Add 1 cup maida. Add 1 tbsp baking powder. Add 1/2 cup sugar powder. Add 1/4 cup brown sugar. Add 1/3 cup coco powder. Add salt to taste. Mix the mixture. Pour half the liquid
solution to the mixture. Mix it well. If you want to add some more
liquid solution to this mixture. After mixing well, scrape
the edges of the bowl.. ..see if we need any more liquid solution. The cake batter should be in
a soft consistency like this. Now, take a silicon cake tin and
grease it with butter. Place butter paper inside.
Pour the cake mixture into the tin. Put this mixture into the oven
at 140 degree centigrade.. ..and bake it for about 20- 25minutes. Let’s check, if it is baked or
not with the help of a knife. The knife is not clean,
so the cake is not ready. Let’s bake it a little more time. When the cake is ready, put the
knife in it and comes out.. ..totally clean without
any chocolate mixture. Take a knife and scrape
all sides of the cake. Let it cool down for 5 minutes. Separate cake from the tin
with the help of knife. Put a serving dish on top
and overturn the cake. Gently remove the dish out. And carefully remove the butter paper too. Now, the cake is ready.
Only the icing is left.. ..so that it looks nice and also very tasty. Let’s prepare the chocolate sauce. In a frying pan, take 1 cup of water. Add 1 tsp cocoa powder. Add 1 tsp brown sugar. Add 1 tsp corn flour. Mix it all together. We can put it in the fridge. ..and when ever
you want just icing on ice cream or cake. cornflour should be no lumps
and stir it continuously till gets thick. Let it boil. And add 1 tsp butter,
it gives a glazing to the mixture. Mix it. Now, the Chocolate sauce is ready. Remove the chocolate sauce into
a bowl and let it cool. Once it is cooled, pour the
chocolate sauce on cake with slowly. We just need to start eating it. If you have to cook this cake one
day before and serve the next day.. ..just heat it and serve. Because it is a eggless cake
