Hey, we’re cooking again today and I’m
going to show you how to make this really sweet and delicious rice pudding. Also it is so much better than the canned
one that you can purchase from the store. You’ll need 200 grams of white rice 1 liter of whole milk 200 grams of granulated sugar 200 milliliters of water And some cinnamon to sprinkle on top First pour the rice and the water into a pot And cook it on a medium heat. Start stirring and don’t let the rice stick to the pot. Once the water evaporates and
the rice almost doubles in size pour in the milk and then the sugar. Start stirring again and I’m not
going to lie it is going to take lots and lots of stirring as
otherwise your pudding will stick to the pot and know likes burnt pudding. Eventually the milk will start rising making its way to the edge of the pot so
you must turn down the heat otherwise it will spill over and you’ll make quite a mess. If you can’t turn down the heat in time, don’t fret, just lift the pot from the stove and
that will stop the milk from spilling. Keep stirring occasionally until the mixture
starts becoming thick and lava-like. It will take about 40 to 50 minutes. I know it seems like a very long time but it’s worth it. Once the pudding pop starts
to look like a witch’s cauldron all bubbling and hot it is ready. Pour the pudding into a couple of tiny bowls. Then sprinkle some cinnamon on top and that’s it. Easy, right? I actually got this recipe from a little book
called “What to cook when mom’s not home” and as a child I used to cook this
all the time when I was home alone and I was craving for a delicious snack. You can enjoy this dessert hot or cold I personally prefer it hot and of course
you can add some more cinnamon. If you like to see more weird recipes, please
