Hello and welcome to Keyk There’s something for everyone in these tiny dessert cups. Nutella pudding… Lemon curd with raspberries… and apple Spekulatius (apple spice). I’m using these dessert glasses that are meant to be used for appetizer soups. Each one fits about 8 tablespoons of pudding and is perfect for guests who want a little bit of everything. For the apple spice dessert I chop one apple and cook it on low heat for 5 mins. Add lemon juice to prevent too much browning and to bring out natural flavors. I’m using these Christmas Cookies called Spekulatius cookies – they’re perfect in combination with apples. I use about one cookie per glass. Distribute the crushed cookies in the glass – just briefly before serving, so they remain crunchy. While the apples are still warm, add 2 tablespoons of apricot jam. A beautiful combination! Distribute apples on the cookies. For the second dessert I’m using whole wheat cookies. One cookie per glass. I had some lemon curd left over from my previous recipe video. So that’s going on top here. Again, it’s best to do this shortly before serving… On this, add about 2 tablespoons of strawberry jam. To decorate, combine heavy cream with powdered sugar and beat. Then, add mascarpone for a perfect mousse like consistency. For the third dessert, I combine the mascarpone mousse with two tablespoons of Nutella. Yum! As the base for the final dessert, I use standard butter cookies. Distribute the delicious nutella mousse on the butter cookies. Add some chopped hazelnuts for extra crunch. There’s one thing that should not be missing – to the warm apple apricot, add a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Like this video for support and subscribe for more delicious recipes.
