LOOKING AT THE BEACH, BUT THEY SAY THAT THEY WILL STAY PUT. STATEWIDE, AT LEAST EIGHT COUNTIES IN FLORIDA PUT OUT MANDATORY EVACUATIONS. THIS MORNING OR THIS AFTERNOON. A LOT OF FLORIDIANS ARE USE TO HURRICANES, BUT HURRICANE DORIAN IS ONE OF THE STRONGEST SOUTH FLORIDA HAS POTENTIALLY SEEN IN QUITE A WHILE, AND FOR SOME YOUNG FLORIDIANS, THIS IS REALLY THEIR FIRST BIG HURRICANE.
