Hi, this is Joelle Meijer. Here is a special little dessert for the holidays. Wash and hull the strawberries and set aside. Take a cookie sheet and cover it with parchment
paper. Grease the parchment paper with a little bit
of butter. Cut large marshmallows in half and place them
on the cookie sheet, leaving enough space between the marshmallows. The cut side must be facing up. Now take small marshmallows and cut one side. Place them also on the baking sheet with the
cut side up. Cover the marshmallows with a glass lid. Place the cookie sheet in a preheated oven
and bake for 5 minutes at 325F or 160C. Remove the cookie sheet from the oven and
remove the glass lid. Place a strawberry on each half marshmallow
and then place a small marshmallow on the top of each strawberry to represent
the pompom on the hat of Santa Claus. Put the marshmallow with the cut side down
so that it sticks to the strawberry. Let the marshmallows cool down. Then carefully transfer the little Santa Claus
hats onto a nice plate that you have greased with a little butter!
It’s ready to serve. Enjoy It! To print the illustrated instructions of this
