Let’s see what all ingredients are needed for it 3 eggs, well beaten and sieved 1 cup milk 1 cup condensed milk 1 cup cream 1 tsp lemon juice and zest 1 cup sugar 1/2 tsp vanilla essence First we need to caramelize sugar for the base Preheat the oven at 180 degrees Melt it till the sugar turns golden brown Pour it into a baking pan greased with butter Let us make the flan mix now Pour milk into a bowl Pour the beaten and sieved egg to it Then add condensed milk Add cream Mix well Add vanilla essence Add lemon juice Pour this mixture into the previously caramelized sugar We bake the flan using water bath technique For this, pour water into a bigger baking pan Place the smaller pan within it Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes The flan is ready, we can garnish it now There will be small cracks on the surface. We can fill it using caramelized sugar.
