Special” Title Track. In this Episode you are going to see How to
make a perfect Halva from the Beetroot. Basically Halva is made from the Carrots or
Gourd, but Beetroot Halva is also getting popularity in recent time,because we know
the health benefits of the Beetroot.So let’s start cooking this very popular Indian Dessert
or Sweet. For this you will need.500 grams Grated Beetroots,500
ml Milk, 175 grams Sugar, 1 tsp Cardamom Powder and Cashew nuts for the garnishing. First of all we need to heat Milk in a Coverable
Pan. When Milk started bubbling addthe greated
Beetroot. Now I am going to cover it for few minutes.
You have to check it after every few minutes.So we can add the Sugar on the right time.
Again cover it. When you see that the half of the Milk reduced
add the Sugar. Mix this well.
You have to add exactly 175 grams of Sugar, because it is the perfect measurement.
Now you have to stir it continuously so it don’t get stick to the bottom of the pan.
It is perfectly cooked so add the Cardamom Powder and again mix it.
Now this is the time to serve this beautiful looking Halva.
You can also cook Halva with the Vegies like Carrots and Gourd.
Garnish it with some chopped Cashew nuts. So, this is it, our delicious looking Halva
