Hello my dear friends Welcome to 5-Minute Kitchen with Shraddha Happy Navratri to all On this auspicious occasion I have healthy low carb sweet dish for you Keto Halwa (Bootle Gourd/Lauki/Dudhi) I made this with Keto friendly ingredients Please make this during your Keto Diet and enjoy this festive season Let’s start Wash the fresh bottle gourd cut off both the ends Peel the skin Cut into two parts Remove the Seeds and Spongy Interior Grate the bottle gourd I have taken 800g of Bottle Gourd Bottle Gourd improves digestive system and treats constipation Now we will shallow-fry the dry nuts Heat the ghee(unsalted butter) in a non-stick pan Add 15g Almonds 10g Pistachio Fry until they turn golden brown in color Keep aside In the same pan add grated bottle gourd(dudhi/lauki) Mix well and cover it with a lid and let it cook for around 10 minutes Keep stirring in between so it won’t get stick to the pan Now after 10 minutes add unsweetened almond milk Mix well Cover again and let it cook for 10 more minutes In parallel we will crush shallow-fried dry nuts Bottle Gourd is soft now Now we will add remaining ingredients 1/2 cup Heavy Whipping cream This will add Khoya(creamy texture) to Ketogenic Halwa 2 tbsp Stevia for sweetness 1 tsp. Cardamom pwd. Cardamom pwd. is special ingredient of Keto Sheera 1/2 tsp. Green Fruit color Fruit color makes it mouth-watering Mix properly Now add crushed dry nuts and give it a good mix let it cook until its water is evaporated Keto Halws is thick now which means it is properly cooked and ready to be served Very Healthy & Delicious Keto Halwa made with Bottle Gourd/Lauki/Dudhi is ready now.
