Maja Blanca Filipino Dessert Coconut milk, sugar, condensed milk, corn kernels Cornstarch, fresh milk and coconut flakes Bring to a boil the coconut milk Add sugar Condensed milk Corn In a separate bowl, mix cornstarch and fresh milk together. Add this mixture to the pan Stir to remove the clumps. Simmer until thick and smooth. Toast the coconut flakes on medium heat. Be careful not to burn the flakes. Garnish on top. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours. Enjoy!
