and I have been living the Paleo lifestyle for about
four months now and I couldn’t have made a better decision ever. I dont even really consider
this a diet, it really is a lifestyle, its a new way of eating. I feel better, my mind is more clear. I am
down 23 pounds and my stomach is flatter and I am
energetic. The only problem was that I ran out of things to eat. I’m not the best chef,
and I am not the most creative person in the world. My
food options, other than fruits and meats, I did not really
