Pistachio Heavenly Delight pudding. If
you like pistachios, you’re going to love this dessert! I’m Tess and welcome to my
kitchen. This Pistachio pudding salad is a favorite of my husband’s. He had it when he was growing up. It’s not my thing but, He
likes it and I make. It it is a variation of the Watergate salad and we call it
Pistachio Delight. Thought you might like to see how I make it. It’s also a great
dessert to take to get togethers. This Pistachio Delight recipe is easy
with just a few ingredients and you can find this recipe in the description box
below. You need two boxes of instant Pistachio
pudding. Just follow the box instructions and add two cups of cold milk for each
box. So this recipe will require four cups. Give it a good stir and this is ready in
five minutes but I pop it in the fridge for at least an hour to get everything
chilled and set. It’s been an hour and next I’m mixing
in some mini marshmallows, one large can of drained fruit cocktail. and finally a
good helping of Cool Whip. Giving it a good stir to make sure everything is
well combined. I just love that beautiful color!
Refrigerating for at least another hour it’s even better overnight as the mini
marshmallows absorb some of the pistachio pudding. If you like this Pistachio Delight
