CATTLE DRIVES AND COMEDY SHOWS. STRUCK IBIS SOME OF THEM WERE FEELING WARM AND THOSE COSTUMES. IT GOT INTO THE UPPER 70s AND 80s AND MY RECOMMENDATION IS GO TONIGHT, GO NOW BECAUSE IT DOESN’T LOOK LIKE THE BEST WEATHER WEEKEND. BUT HOW BEAUTIFUL THIS FRIDAY AFTERNOON IS AS WE LOOK LIVE IN DALLAS, TEMPERATURES IN THE UPPER 70s, 79 IN DALLAS, TOMORROW WE ARE LOOKING AT A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT FORECAST AND THAT IS RAIN AND THUNDERSTORMS. A SYSTEM IS COMING IN THAT WILL BRING WIDESPREAD RAIN AND IT LOOKS LIKE THE BEST CHANCE OF STORMS WILL BE MID-TO-LATE MORNING INTO EARLY AFTERNOON CENTERED AROUND LUNCH TIME IS WHEN THE 80% CHANCE OF STORMS WILL BE TOMORROW AND IN THE MORNING RAIN CHANCES WILL BE SMALL. IF YOU’RE OUT EARLY IN THE METROPLEX LIKELY THERE WILL NOT BE ANY RAIN UNTIL LATE MORNING AND EARLY AFTERNOON. WE KEEP SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS IN THE FORECAST, MID-TO-LATE AFTERNOON WITH HIGHS TOMORROW IN THE LOWER 70s WITH NO SUNSHINE. THERE IS A RISK OF SEVERE WEATHER, WE HAVE AN ENHANCED RISK WERE NUMEROUS SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS IN EAST TEXAS AT A LEVEL TO SLIGHT RISK OF SEVERE WEATHER SCATTERED SEVERE STORMS IN YELLOW OVER THE REST OF NORTH TEXAS. YOU CAN SEE EVERYONE HAS A FRIEND OF SEVERE WEATHER TOMORROW, 60 TO 70 MILE- PER-HOUR WIND GUST QUARTER TWO GOLF BALL SIZE HAIL WITH A LOT OF LIGHTNING AND ISOLATED TORNADOES ESPECIALLY IN THE ENHANCED RISK WHICH IS IN EAST TEXAS TOMORROW AFTERNOON. ON THE FUTURE SKY FORECAST, TOMORROW MORNING AT 7:00 A.M., PRETTY QUIET MAYBE SOME SHOWERS AND STORMS IN THE FAR WESTERN COUNTIES. WE ADVANCE THE CLOCK TO 11:00 TOMORROW MORNING AND THAT’S WHEN WE START SEEING IN THE STORMS MOVING INTO METROPLEX WITH THE COLORS OF RED, PURPLE THAT INDICATES BEER HEAVY DOWNPOURS. SOME OF THE STRONGEST STORMS COULD PRODUCE LARGER HAIL AND AS WE ADVANCE THIS A FEW MORE HOURS, STILL LOOKING AT A GOOD CHANCE OF STORMS IN THE METROPLEX. THE THREAT FOR SEVERE WEATHER IN THE AFTERNOON WILL SHIFT EAST OF THE DALLAS-FORT WORTH AREA. HERE IS 4:00 AND YOU CAN SEE THE STORMS SETTING UP EAST OF I- 35 AND BEAST OF I-45 AND THIS IS WHERE THE GREATER THREAT FOR A FEW TORNADOES WILL EXIST. WE WILL PAY VERY CLOSE ATTENTION TO THE WEATHER ALL DAY TOMORROW AND MAKE SURE YOU ARE AS WELL WITH THE CBS DFW WEATHER APP AND YOU COULD TRACK THE STORMS WITH US. HIGH TOMORROW EVENING MOST OF THE STORMS PUSH AWAY THE SUNDAY WE COULD HAVE SOME STORMS ESPECIALLY EASTERN PART OF NORTH TEXAS DURING THE AFTERNOON BUT THE WEATHER THREATS TOMORROW, HIGH RISK OF LIGHTNING, A LOT OF LIGHTNING WITH THE STORMS, MODERATE THERE THE WIND AND HAIL AND EVEN FLOODING BECAUSE OF THE HEAVY DOWNPOURS AND THE HAIL SIZE COULD GET UP TO GOLFBALL. ISOLATED TORNADOES A POSSIBLE WITH THE GREATER THREAT EAST OF THE DALLAS-FORT WORTH AREA INTO TOMORROW AFTERNOON. HOW MUCH RAIN COULD WE SEE? THE POSSIBILITY OF SOME FLOODING IN THE COMPUTER MODELS ARE INDICATING ANYWHERE BETWEEN 0.5 TO 1.5 INCHES OF RAIN IS A GOOD AVERAGE. WE WILL HAVE A CHANCE OF STORMS TOMORROW EVENING AND A LOWER CHANCE OF RAIN COMING UP ON THURSDAY BUT STILL SOME STORMS AROUND FOR THE LATTER HALF OF THE WEEKEND AND WE GET THE SUNSHINE BACK JUST IN TIME TO GO BACK TO WORK ON MONDAY BEAUTIFUL, 80 ONE ON MONDAY, 86 TUESDAY, ALMOST 90 DEGREES ON WEDNESDAY AND WE COOL DOWN AGAIN BY THE END OF NEXT WEEK. THIS TIME OF YEAR THERE’S A LOT GOING ON HERE NORTH TEXAS, FESTIVAL WEISBERG THIS EVENING IN FORT WORTH WE FIND SCOTT PADGETT AT THE FORT WORTH FOOD AND ONE FESTIVAL. HOW IS IT GOING OUT THERE?
