Hey we’re here at our 2014 open house and
ice cream and yogurt seminar. This is our 25th year of doing the seminar which is a
2 day event where we bring in all our customers and about 15 vendors from the industry. One,
to thank our customers, we have a couple of free seminars, and learn from the vendors
the industry trends are and hopefully we get off to a good start for the season. One of
the things that I’m always proud to hear is that our service reputation is wonderful.
People are very happy with the service that we provide before and more importantly after
the sale. So it’s good to get that feedback from customers and the relationship we have
with our customers and vendors is extremely important and is the reason we are successful.
