TRACKING A TRACE FOR SOUTHERN KENTUCKY; UP TO ONE INCH FOR THE BLUEGRASS; ONE TO TWO INCHES WILL BE POSSIBLE FOR AREAS NORTH OF I-64. 2. TEMPERATURES WILL RISE ABOVE FREEZING THROUGHOUT THE MORNING. SNOW WILL CHANGE OVER TO A COLD RAIN. WE ARE TRACKING THIS TRANSITION TO BE COMPLETE BY MID- MORNING FOR THE BLUEGRASS AND NORTHERN KENTUCKY. ANY SNOW ON THE GROUND WILL MELT. THERE MAY BE A LULL IN THE ACTION DURING THE AFTERNOON WHILE WE AWAIT THE “NORTHERN STORM,” WHICH WILL BE INCOMING ARCTIC FRONT. 3.
